A permit for the semester is $120. The cost for the permit is prorated by month, and temporary permits may be purchased for $35 per month, $10 per week, and $3 per day. Freshmen can, in fact, bring their cars on campus, so usually the parking lots are quite jammed. As of late, it's been even more difficult, as Biola has been rebuilding another parking lot and renovating an older building nearby. Biola hopes to improve the situation with these constructions.

When students have friends spend the night, the guests are to obtain a parking permit (for free the first night) so that they don't get a ticket on their car the following day, as Campus Safety goes through every parking lot, looking for cars without permits. Overall, the parking situation at Biola is a little shaky, what with it being very difficult to navigate parking, but it's looking to improve in the near future.
