'Lewisburg is a relaxed town. Not everyone is
student-friendly, but that's nothing you wouldn't expect.
No other universities are present locally, which strengthens the bond within the Bucknell community. In Lewisburg, I'd highly recommend that you check out the Campus Theatre?it's an old theater that was purchased by a Bucknell professor and redone while preserving elements of the original theater. They play artsy and independent movies at a discounted price for
University students.'
'The parties are packed at Bucknell and usually a lot of fun, especially if you're a freshman girl. If you're a first-year guy and don't know any upperclassmen, it will be difficult to get in. There's a lot of drinking that goes down weekly at Bucknell, and the fraternities have parties off campus usually three times a week.
There are also registered parties that fraternities hold on campus that have a theme and a list as to who's allowed in. There really are not any clubs in the area, and considering the town, I doubt any students would want to go to one in the area.'

From the very beginning, student writers gather the most up-to-date stats, facts, and inside information on their colleges. They fill each section with student quotes and summarize the findings in editorial reviews. In addition, each school receives a collection of letter grades (A through F) that reflect student opinion. Once a guide is written, additional college students serve as editors and check for accuracy even more extensively. This same process is applied to all of the 258 colleges and universities College Prowler currently covers. Each guide is the result of endless student contributions, hundreds of pages of research and writing, and countless hours of hard work.
