Does this really hurt the student life that much does this make it a lot harder to have sex and is it hard to find places for it. also can you be more specific about the freedom of speech issues
Like I said, it's really a matter of principle. The school doesn't really enforce the rule and it's as easy as being in your room alone.
As for condoms, they sell them at City Convenience near the B line, which could be a bit of a hike, but BC Students for Sexual Health (BCSSH) hands them out and there are safe sites around campus, so it's not really a huge issue.
Because Boston College is a Jesuit University, it's sorta obligated to be sympathetic to the Israeli cause. Students for Justice in Palestine has been subject to some censorship. Also, BCSSH is prohibited from becoming a legitimate student organization and they have now made referendums impossible to submit (this is because BC students voted for BCSSH a few years back).
no way no games! They can't seriously enforce that? Does that really prevent people?
It's incredibly easy to enforce. We just take your table if you're using it for games.
that seems unnecessary and a little excessive whats the need for that
Is it easy to meet and hang out with upperclassman as a freshman? I feel like they would act pompous. Where would you usually meet them.
