How helpful is BC in getting students internships and jobs after college? Also, how is the school's study abroad program?
both are amazing. BC holds events every week like "how to land a great internship," "how to build a great resume," and tons of others. there are drop-in hours at the career center where you can do practice interviews, get career advice, or have your res/cover letter critiqued. Eaglelink is a website exclusively for BC students that connects you to alumni, campus recruiting, and other internship/job opportunities. Of course, you have to be motivated enough to take advantage of all these things, but for anyone who gets into BC that is not a problem.
Study abroad: also great. it seems like everyone does it. there are lots of choices of bc programs and they hold your hand throughout the whole process. the only drawback is that if you choose to do an external program (which is usually cheaper) it is more difficult to get class credit. However, if you do the work, BC is always looking for new programs to offer and will help you find the right program. check out the website!
Wow thank you so much! I appreciate the time you put into that response :)
