Traditions
: Most of our traditions center around sports. Students at BC go to games to cheer for their team. They tailgate before and party after. They also know every word of the fight song.
Favorite Things To Do
Favorite things to do include play Frisbee or catch in the Dustbowl, hang out in Hillside Café, catch a show at Robsham Theater, get a coffee or chocolatey dessert in The Chocolate Bar, or play sports in The Plex. Student activity on campus is usually very dependent on the weather! In the warmer months, you're likely to find your friends hanging out in the Dustbowl-playing Frisbee or soaking in the sun while they read. The Quad is also a popular place for students to congregate and is used especially to advertise upcoming student events. During the wintery months, students avoid the outdoors like the plague. Although there have been a few snowman sightings, students are more likely to be found hanging out in The Rat or Eagle's Nest dining halls drinking hot coffee and spending time with friends. McElroy Commons has an area with couches and vending machines that is commonly used as a meeting spot for BC students. And, of course, there are also school-sponsored events to attend, such as athletic events, shows, dances, and more. Keep your eyes open and you're sure to find something fun to do!

Did You Know?
O'Neill Library has recently undergone some serious changes! The library is now open earlier, is adding more electrical outlets for laptop users, and even has free earplugs for those who want to study in total silence. Additionally, there is a new leisure reading kiosk on the main level of the library where you can stop in between classes to catch up on your newspaper and magazine reading.
