Not Easy to Get Any Scholarships or Grants

The school doesn't offer scholarships or grants as easily as other major universities did. They make you file appeals along with all the W-2, tax returns, and explanations all over again once you file it on FAFSA and CSS Profile, which is redundant.

It's Been a Nightmare

It's been horrible. Just because was denied my noncustodial waiver I was automatically given no aid. And I really needed it!

They WILL Lose Something

I got a pretty nice reward package but still it was not enough to cover everything. If you are not happy with the money you are getting from the school just try appealing for a better reward and you may have some luck. During the financial aid process I ran into my share of bumps. A couple of forms were really late or had to be sent again. Always keep an extra copy of all forms since they are not responsible. If you do not have copies then you are in trouble.
