There are no drugs or alcohol at this school. Of course that is not always true but if it is here it is very limited and minimal and not very noticeable. Low peer pressure to do things like that. Everyone has high standards. No alcohol can be bought in our local grocery store.

The honor code is pretty strictly enforced, so if you do drugs (drinking, smoking, whatever...) you can be kicked out of school.

Drug use in Brigham Young University - Hawaii, or BYUH, is virtually non-existent. The same goes as well with drinking alcohol. BYUH is a religious school. \Most of the members of the school are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). As members, it is a belief that drug and alcohol use is harmful, addictive, and most importantly, against God's Commandments. Members of the LDS church believe that a person will be blessed with good health if they follow God's Commandments to not drink alcohol and use drugs.

The drug scene at BYU Hawaii is nonexistent. This is a LDS school, so every students must sign to abide by the Honor Code (very strict rules applied in almost every aspects). If you're caught using drug or alcohol, you'll face an Honor Code court, and may end up being expelled.
