Considering the size of Rexburg, there are a ton of off-campus food options. Many students are on a tight budget and stick primarily to purchasing food from grocery stores and then make their own meals. But it’s not uncommon for students to eat out a couple of times a week, especially on the weekends when students want to get out and socialize with friends. Rexburg has plenty of cheap meal options from fast food chains like McDonald's, Taco Bell, and KFC. There are also other locally owned restaurants unique to Rexburg that provide a good variety in cultural and dessert dishes. For example, G’s Dairy Delights, The Cocoa Bean, Original Thai, and Ramirez Mexican Food.

The majority of Rexburg restaurants are located on or near Main Street, which makes it easy to walk to and not far from other entertainment locations in Rexburg. For student discounts at several of the local restaurants, students can purchase the starving student card for $20. This is an accordion-style card with hundreds of deals offered by local businesses. They’re usually sold at the BYU-I bookstore and sometimes sales reps will visit apartments and sell the cards door-to-door. The deals from these cards give students plenty of reasons to visit a variety of restaurants and experience different meal choices.

For such a small place there is a plethora of options. I love how there is a good variety of different kinds of food as well.

close to campus and off campus housing, but not very good cost wise. It's pretty popular though. Good shakes and food.

Rexburg Dining

The restaurants in Rexburg, Idaho are great! The favorite place I like to go is to New Fongs (a Chinese food place)or Gringos (a Mexican food place). They have good quality and quantity of food. Rexburg also has the popular fast food chains: Taco Bell, subway, Wendy's, and many others.
