Guys & Girls:
I'd say that the guys and girls at my school are pretty average. They all look pretty much the same.

Very, very little diversity. Almost everyone is white and republican. Hardly any tolerance of different minorities.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:59:01Z
Most of the housing is pretty old and beat up. Very strict RAs.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:57:56Z
I have my own laptop so I've never used the school computers. WiFi is reasonably fast.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:56:55Z
Incredibly dull. Almost everything in town is closed by 8.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:56:17Z
It is a nice place to walk around, but many of the buildings are ugly.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:55:03Z
I don't really care about sports. Everyone else at the school does, though, and it's almost considered sinful not too.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:54:07Z
I did not receive financial aid from the school, but from outside sources.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:53:10Z
I have not yet started my program, but I have heard that it is good.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:53:09Z
I have not had the opportunity to work an internship.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:52:21Z
The night life is pretty boring. Most things close around 8.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:51:23Z
The food and dining options are okay, but it's mostly fast food. Definitely nothing healthy nearby.
College Sophomore 2013-11-07T04:50:13Z
I don't have a car, so the parking situation is pretty great for me.

"The Ryde" campus bus is really convenient for those who live in Wyview on campus housing. It takes you to the store on weekends and is really affordable, only $100 a semester. The other buses are affordable as well, and can take you around Provo more.

I love it here and wouldn't go anywhere else! There's no place like it!
College Freshman 2013-11-06T17:50:49Z
Because of the Honor code the nightlife consists of going to the Wall or other fun places around Provo where you can have a fun and safe time.

I love my on campus housing! There are great activities held consistently and everyone is super loving!

BYU is a pretty great place, they just expect students to be grown up and responsible for their actions. Nothing is ridiculous though.
College Freshman 2013-11-06T17:46:16Z
There are some really unique and exciting places to go to, like Slab Pizza, and Zupas!
College Freshman 2013-11-06T17:45:08Z
We don't really have much of a "Greek" life, my best guess is they just fit in with the other students.
College Freshman 2013-11-06T17:43:37Z
There's a place to eat in almost every building on campus! (at least it feels like it) The Cannon Center and Cougar Eat are the major attractions, and we've even got a couple of Jamba juices!
College Freshman 2013-11-06T17:41:43Z
Its great! There's lots of things to do, and a lot of places near campus. The Seven Peaks water park is just down the road!

Athletics are great at BYU. The school spirit and school pride makeit easy to get behind the athletics. We have had top In the nation programs in soccer and volleyball and track and cross country, while our football and basketball programs have also been pretty good.

We have recently upgraded many of the athletic facilities which make it niceto use. There are plenty of campus activities for those who want to participate. The campus looks beautiful and is so well maintained that I have not seen another campus quite matching up in its beauty. The mountains nearby also add to this.

Provo is a nice community with plenty going on. If you want a good social life or a quiet neighbohood, either one is possible. The campus provides great cultural opportunities.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
