There isn't really a "drug scene" at BYU. When you apply you have check that you will abide by the Honor Code set by BYU which includes respecting others, abstaining from alcoholic beverages and substance abuse among other things. Most of the students as well as teachers are LDS (Mormons) so there really isn't that much of a problem with regards to drugs.
