Student Body

The student body consists of many younger, traditional students who are attempting college credits in order to then transfer to a four year college. Many of the students, including myself, are older, non traditional students embarking on a new career. The college also has a high percentage of first generation college education seekers. This makes for a diverse population.

Everything Transferred

BCC accepted all of my transfer credits. As a Bachelor Degree holder, it was important to me to not have to "start over" after 20 + years. I set a goal of becoming a Registered Nurse, and the school has facilitated everything I needed to get accepted into the program. The requirements were clear, and there was support during the application process to ensure I had the best chances of being accepted.
