All the books from the school, are accessed online. It's pretty nice. It's a little. Implicated cus I'm used to the actual book, but it works and I'm happy with it.

My whole college experience has been great for me. When I first started college, I had no home and no structure. I enrolled in Brown Mackie College to better myself and it worked. I now work at Subway and share a house with a friend.
I am currently enrolled in the information technology program at Brown Mackie College, and I couldn't be any happier.
For me, the lesson I learned is that not everything is easy when you start it, but the harder I work myself at it, the easier it is for me to learn it and master it. The staff here are very helpful and I appreciate everything they've done for me.

The diversity is easily noticed. The people running the college are even diversified. Very friendly and not awkward.

Internet is high speed and efficient. Newer computers and plenty of them. No crashing issues and dont have to bring your own computer. You can choose to sign up with an Ipad.

Any help you need is available. The work is pretty much done for you. No way you can't easily get yourself going in college. As for athletics there is not much of a choice of any at this campus. The library is average, but there is a paper printed with free scholarships regularly. The campus itself is clean and new.

The computers are not always fast, but they are reliable. The printer is always available when you need it, and there is always a computer to get to and someone who can help.

I have joined the ABK honors society and have seen a lot of teamwork and good people come together. the faculty has helped us and we have a great teacher helping us with our goals. I can not wait to raise money at our trivia night.

The faculty at this school give you one on one time. You can tell you mean something to each one. You don't just go there and get thrown to the sharks. Three months before you graduate career services will call you down and start working on getting you a job in your field of study.

We have at least 3 computer labs on campus. We use the apple iPad for our books. That alone cuts out the cost of books. Since we need wireless access to download our ebooks, they have wonderful access to the internet.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The tuition is very high but understandable with everything you get to use as resources. When you sign up for financial aid you sit down one on one the a financial aid representative and they help you fill everything out. They understand life happens and try to make everything as low as possible.

The library on campus is very small. It has all the book I need to make my career possible. The library is very resourceful, and the librarian care about what you need and want to do. They also have a book of scholarships available.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The education I will be receiving, I beleive will be well worth the cost of tuition. I did get some financial aid, and I was approved for the pell grant, which with out I wouldn't be here today. Without an education I believe it's harder in life to succede.

I think the greatest thing about my school that stands out from every other school is we are etextbook based. When you first enroll you get an iPad4!! Everything is done from the iPad. Including logining in to your student portal, textbooks, and communicating with teachers.

They are a large variety of resouces at my school and they are all very helpful and have been successful. I especially like the car pooling program. It is very handy for students who have trouble with egttiong to school due to lack of transportation and/or finances.

The students at Brown mackie College - Quad Cities are very diverse. There are alot of different ethnic backgrounds including Caucasion, African American, and Hispanic. As far as political, religious, and sexual I honestly cannot answer that question because we as students are not allowed to talk about those things amongst one another. They are topics that can cause very negative outcomes. Furthermore, I feel that the levels of acceptance and/or challenges at Brown Mackie Colege - Quad Cities are exactly where they should be. I have yet to see an arguement, fight, or even disagreement amongst the students. Happily, everyone accepts each other for who they are and what ones morals, values, or beliefs are arent even a topic of discussion. There are alot of people here that are trying to better themselves. We have homeless people that attend, single parents, individuals that walk or catch the citibus to school, and people that have actual vehicles. There are students here with and without jobs, and with and without families. Some students are even battling serious life obstacles but are still ablt to maintain high grades and/or make the honor roll. I am very satisfied with the students that I am surounded by at Brown Mackie College - Quad Cities because they are positive, dedicated, hardworking, motivated, and determined students earning an education in the career they enjoy to be succesful in life for either themselves or their families.

It's not a big school. Everyone is friendly. The building is in good shape.

The computer network seems to be good. The only complaint I've heard is books being downloaded the day the new class starts.

The resources on this campus are very helpful. Career services obviously are self explanatory but they are helpful in getting ready for jobs and helping get those jobs. The library is also helpful as far as when it comes to research.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
