Facts

Interviews & Information Sessions

Call (401) 863-2378 on any weekday from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. eastern time for information about tours. Interviews are recommended but not required. Off-campus interviews are offered by alumni who contact students applying for admission and arrange a time and place to meet. These interviews provide the Board of Admission with another means with which to evaluate the applicant.

Campus Tours

Tours are offered most days at varying times in the morning and the evening, and take about an hour. The office recommends contacting them for specific schedules.

Overnight Visits

A limited number of high school students can stay with current freshmen on weeknights during the semester. This is an excellent way to see first-hand the typical day of a Brown student on campus and in class. Registration is done online at the Admissions Web site.

College Prowler guides are in the hands of students throughout the entire process. Because you can't make student-written guides without the students, we have students at each campus who write, edit, and survey their peers for every guide that we publish.
