Everything that I have came across has been pretty flexible. I haven't really ran into any issues that have put me into a bind.

I am going towards either a business or accounting major. I feel that everything has been going pretty well so far, except some of the classes are a little too hard right at the start.

Everything worked pretty smoothly with me, however I have heard of bad experiences with others. I feel that some things are a little too prices at times.

The teachers works with the students to try and squeeze in sometime for them when they can. The Ace center at the school also helps with tutoring.

They have a job prospect while you are going through college and afterward.

I was concerned with taking an online class, not knowing how I would manage my time and study time. I made a schedule for this specific class three times a week and I work around it as if it were a scheduled class. Not using gas and having the freedom to learn at my own pace is proving to work in my favor. However, its nice to have peer and professor interaction when I need it.

There is career service center, but I have not used it

They have a wonderful gym it has an inside track, inside pool, inside basketball court, pilates, zumba, and many different types of exercise equipment. There are many places and resources such as, the student center where students can go to hang out or play games in the game room.

I have had total control of scheduling to my convenience and much help in doing so. I also, chose this school because of the smaller class size this is a little more comfortable when coming out of high school.

Brunswick Community College has a pretty good career center, however, most of the job listings are not in my location so it is kind of pointless for me. The alumni network is also by far not the best, but they do a good job such as, the student government they work hard to try and please fellow students.

While the resources we do have are nice, they could use a little bit more upgrading.

Our school doesnt really have any special things that stand out from other schools. There is not much school spirit in our community. It could use more resources.

There are at least 6 computer labs in just one building that i know of. Each building has a ton of resources for students to occupy. The networking is always working and the technology is always advancing and gets faster every year.

I have been going to this school now for a few years due to attending Brunswick Early College. We are a high school a part of this college and attend the same classes as the normal students. It is my fifth year and I am dedicated to my classes and my grades. I will soon be transferring to UNCC.

All of my teachers so far have been good and fair. the students and teachers all seem to get along very well with each other and I do not see any favortism like I have seen at other schools.

So far there is alot of work to do. You got to do the work to get to where you need to be in the future. There are several classrooms and the sizes of the class are average.

I really enjoy speaking to all the staff. They are all very helpful and understanding. They all seem to know their individuals fields of study as well.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I enjoy going to school and learning new things. The financial aid office has been a great help when I needed it most. It did take a long time to get responses back from them but it all worked out for the better. I recommend filling out applications for as many scholarships as you can on top of financial aid especially if you plan on going full time.

I took English online and thought I was going to fail. I pulled off an A and was very proud of myself. I do not recommend taking all classes online unless you have alot of free time.

While they do have a foundation that assisted me with books, this school does not participate in any government programs other than the Pell Grant. If you need extra help by all means talk to the foundation office!

My professors have been excellent and that is the only positive comment I have. Registration is confusing with more than one department involved. Way too much paperwork involved in a technology driven era. Not enough course offerings.
College Senior 2012-10-15T02:09:41Z
This school is behind the times. Antiquated! I want to be able to go on their web site and see my scholarships, tuition, fees, and pay my bill online from my home. At the last community type school I attended, this was a given and I was very used to it. They do not return calls and the registrars office is a joke by not charging you enough or over charging.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
