Campus has become a place I enjoy being. It's a beautiful building and its very modern. The library has pretty open hours during the week, but I wish it had more availability on the weekends.

Computers and printers are always accessible to the students and always stocked with paper.

I am a nursing major, and my classes are very fun and fulfilling. You feel great about the program and also feel very knowledgeable. The teachers are highly intelligent and help you whenever you need help. The workload can be heavy sometimes, I however think that it is worth it.

I love the professors at my school. I have not found one that i do not like so far. They are always willing to help. Curriculum is all health based which is nice because I won't have to pay for a course that i can not use, and class registration is easy because we are all assigned a advisor.

Bryan is a health college, and i am currently majoring in nursing. Classes can be tough, but I leave with a lot of new knowledge. All my electives are health orientated which is great, because i can apply them to my career. I would say the workload is about average for a college, and we are connected to the hospital which i think is sort of cool.
College Sophomore 2013-03-07T04:44:26Z
Even though my college is mainly females we love the guys that we interact with. I would say Bryan is very accepting of ethnic, economic, political, relgion, and sexual, differences in our school.
College Sophomore 2013-02-07T22:05:23Z
On the main campus we have two areas where students can access computers. This may not seem like a lot, but its plenty for our small college. We have a 500 page quota for printing which is a ton. I could never imagine going over it. If someone did tho they only have to pay .5 a page. I have never had trouble getting on the internet, but if i did I know our tech guy would be more than willing to help.

I love my school for its health and academic resources. For example, get free flu shots. I can honestly sit in class and not be worried about getting sick because I am in a room full of people. Also, we have free tutors, and excellent staff who are more than willing to meet with you personally. Bryan has double nursing clinical hours which is nice to have. Since your paying for your education why not get double the experience out of it.
College Sophomore 2013-02-07T21:59:31Z
Since we are strictly a health professions college are resources may not seem huge, but they fit anything you may need for your classes. We have a small section of intramural sports, and put on occasional events like dodge ball matches. The environment is very comfortable. If you accidently leave something laying around it will always be there, and if its not a student turned it in to the office.

The basic academic experience is excellent. The professors really know and love what they teach and that is of great importance for someone who chooses to teach for a living. Workload and curriculum match well, and are very challenging when taking a full load. One problem I have found with the school is that they provide what appears to be a wonderful "Student Success Center" that assists students having trouble being successful. The problem is that the counselor assigned to discuss issues with students does not really know how to counsel at all. Also, there appears to be a multitude of tutors available, but that is not true when it comes to skills lab, where there are no tutors available at a time when it would be most useful. Other than that, the experience I have had at Bryan has been wonderful.

I am in the Vascular Sonography program. The workload is the maximum I can even imagine it being, which is ultimately excellent preparation for careers after college, but it is very time-consuming and stressful to get core classwork done, which occasionally includes tests and multiple assignments due on the same day, and skills work done, which includes multiple studies outside of the classroom. The professor is extremely knowledgeable, but is not the very best at teaching scanning skills, which sometimes makes knowing how to be the best scanner difficult. In lecture, however, the professor is excellent. It comes down to really wanting this career, as this particular program is wonderful and also very challenging.

In all honesty, I haven't had any problems with my classes. My instructors understand that I have rigorous course loads and they're always so willing to help out. One teacher is even providing multiple days to take the final so that it works out better for students' schedules. I love the small class size and the way the teachers actually care about me.

The coursework was difficult at times but I really enjoyed being able to be part of a hybrid class. It was really nice not having to meet in a classroom every week, but it was also encouraging to see fellow students when we did meet. I thought the expectations of the class were very clear and the instructors were always willing to help if there were any difficulties. I am looking forward to taking more online classes in the future.

The workload is tough and challenging, but it is also rewarding. You learn so much on a day to day basis. The faculty understand the workload and are available to help if you have questions.

Location of School. The location of the college and where the clinical's are located, are within a few miles. The college is attached to the East campus, and the West campus is a very short drive, maybe 10 minutes.

Bryanlgh College Has Been a Great Experience – BryanLGH offers a large amount of clinical hours. It helps making you as a student more confident when you graduate knowing you've already completed a lot of skills you perform as an RN.

Flexibility Not So Great – This school is behind the times on flexibility. There are few to no online classes available for undergrads, the curriculum for the nursing students is very rigid, so you end up wasting 1-2 years waiting to go through the weeder classes before you actually get to the core nursing classes. NO credit for life experience.

Great Services Once Again – Bryan is ready and willing to help you with your future. At Bryan during your 3rd semester, you start working on your clinical hours. Bryan sends students all over the nation for this sometimes, and I have heard that many of the clinics and hospitals end up offering jobs to student before they are even finished with their schooling. Bryan students are highly accredited, and looked for at many different healthcare positions. I am highly confident that I will find an incredible job after I graduate from BryanLGH College of Health Sciences.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Well Worth the $ – I know that my education is well worth what I am paying for it. Bryan is the second cheapest private college in Nebraska. The education I am getting here is priceless. Yes, I did receive some financial aid, which does help. I realize that college is expensive no matter where you go. But Bryan has fantastic financial aid counselors that are willing to sit down with you whenever and help you out with paying for college. It is an incredibly friendly environment.

No Career Center, but – There is no career center at our school but, due to very high reputation, the job placement is close to 99%, at least that's what I heard.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
