The covienece of the classes is fine however you are not the one that selects your courses that you will take. And there is alot of useless work that you have to do that really have nothing to do with your major. For instance they have you do a portfolio project that is a paper that you upload and it is supposed to go towards you resume. In my opinion whatever you write in the paper really has nothing to do with the job that you are looking for.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Tuition is fair, cheaper than most of the bigger schools. Books are included in tuition so you wont have to pay outta the student's own pockets

Advisers really showed that they care about the students and like to engage with them on a one on one basis.

They are very helpful in helping me in making my resume and help find jobs and how to appropriately dress and speak to an employer.
College Junior 2013-06-04T21:14:05Z
They have many different lab areas such as the learning center which can help you with homework that you don't understand or just go in and ask a few questions that you need answering. Even though this is not a regular campus its lot of help they give to you

I have "met" my fellow students online. There come from many different backgrounds and situations. They are varied in their beliefs, ideas and oppinions. Communicating with them has helped me know I am not alone in this. They are commited to acquiring their degree as much as I am and are willing to help in every way.

Getting my degree was always important but I didn't see it as attainable because of work and family demands. Bryant & Stratton however made the impossible, possible. My advisors worked a schedule around my life which allowed me to work towards obtaining my degree. I have one more semester and my dream will be a reality!

I chose to give them A because the people was nice, they keep in touch with me. they also explain all the information to me about the program and what my transfer of credits will be. And may i say out of 60 credits neede to complete the course all i have to get is 30 credits. so i was very pleased with my transfer of credits.

The computer network has server problems which are usually addressed within a 24 hour period. The tech support people are really helpful solving problems with things such as the student email system. It can be quite the headache when you have to submit a paper before the deadline and the server is down which can result in a late submission. For the most part the computer system works really well and if you have basic computer knowledge this will be a big help.

The online courses at Bryant & Stratton are set up in a way which make it easy to follow. All the course work is easy to download to your computer so that you can follow along in order to complete the assignments on time with great efficiency. I thought it would be hard when I first started, but quickly realized if you followed the instructions the coursework could be completed successfully. The instructors are really helpful and answer any questions you may have about the class work. Learning how to manage your time well is one of the great things about studying at Bryant & Stratton College.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The financial aid process with my school runs pretty smooth and as long as you fill out each form on time there is no problem. I have not experienced any setbacks in this process, however, the tuition rates are expensive and I do depend on student loans. The education I am receiving is top notch and will be a big help to my future career. I think it is well worth the money which I have invested so far. To complete this program is my top priority. The financial aid office has been really helpful by suggesting alternative ways to receive additional funding which will enable me to complete my degree program.

I am currently an online student so I feel that it is a bit more challenging to learn rather than the students who are in a classroom setting. We need to teach ourselves a lot of the material. I would like to work towards the highest grade possible to prove to myself that I am capable of doing anything I put my mind to.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Tuition is reasonably priced $3200 a semester for online classes. The only major aid the school itself gives you is if you are in the military or spouse (child) of a military person. If they see your aid get cut, your advisor doesn't exactly jump to help you find replacement aid so that you can stay full time and/or graduate on time. They just send you an email saying your funds have been cut, this is the new aid to be given... what would you like to do? They don't just help unless you ask. Seems they aren't big on doing their jobs until you come running to them in a panic.

The entire point of online education is the flexibility. You want to be able to complete your classes at a reasonable speed without it interfering with your personal life because you do have work and a family to take care of too. Well, Bryant & Stratton College forces you to be in discussions 4 days a week and won't allow you to post weekly reflections when you are ready to post them. You have to wait until the last 2 days of class. They don't really allow you to work in a way that is beneficial to you. If you can complete your discussion requirements in 2 days, then why force you to participate for 2 more days when you are technically done and can now focus more on your life. I thought transferring credits would make my load better since I would have to take fewer classes but the school completely botched the transfers. I ended up taking a class I had already taken at a previous college. Because the class name and descriptions were different, I did not know it was a class I had already taken until I was already taking it. I alerted my advisor who said, well, "pay us for the class in order to get the transfer credit because you've already started the class, then you can drop the class and take the credit instead." Really disappointing school. I love the idea of making my own schedule out like I did at my previous online school and like how my friends do at their campus schools. Bryant & Stratton won't let you do it. I have had disputes with my advisor refusing to supply a schedule so I can pick my own electives. He HAS to if I ask but he's wanted to boss me around when it's my choice. My experience has not been great.

They force career services on you when you don't need it or not ready for it in a series of seminars. Out of all of those forced seminars, they only give you credit for one. I did not need or want to use career services and they forced me to use it against my will. If you need it, they are extremely helpful and you walk away feeling confident in the information you have learned. I would fail this service if it wasn't for that.
