I'm in the MA program and everything is as i imagined. If I ever need help with anything, they have tutors that are available when I'm able to take tutoring classes.

Professors really get to know their students at Bryant & Stratton. Many of the professors teach more than one class in a particular program. Tutoring hours are posted and professors are always available to help

Being that this is a subsidary campus, there really isnt alot here. All the sports teams and what not are based out of the main Bryant & Stratton campus in New York

overall it has been a fairly smooth process with getting the classes i needed. I have ran into a couple bumps, being that I am in a newer program and joined it the first semester it was offered. Being that it is new not all of the classes are offered yet, and I have had a couple scheduleing issues fitting classes in around my two jobs.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Overall it's a good place to go . The tuition is a little higher than other places, but the commitment of most of the professors makes up for it. The majority of the staff is willing to go that extra mile to help you out no matter what... whether it's with your class and assignments, financial aid to afford to come here, or finding a job.

From what I understand of the Career Services, and what I have heard from other students that have used these services, they are excellent. They try their hardest to find you employment in your career field, if you are ever unemployed for some reason they will help you locate other job opportunities in your specialty, and they do everything they can to support your job search. The job prospects are amazing, Bryant and Stratton is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital, a lot of the job opportunities that are offered in the medical majors are through an affiliated company with one of the two major medical centers mentioned previously.

To be a Medical Assisting major at Bryant & Stratton it is demanding and requires a lot of dedication to your career path of choice. The professors are always willing to help when needed, and make themselves available to those whom need extra help with their studies. The workload can be a bit heavy, but is well worth the effort needed versus the education that is received. The curriculum is based on the major of the student, each major is required general electives such as basic Mathematics, English, and Computer Literacy. The rest of the required classes is dependent on the individual major of the students for the best education preparing the student for their future career field. The internship site is prepared and set up by the college, but it is up to the student to show up to their internship at the appropriate times and making sure that they complete the hours required by the college. Future job opportunities are always available, and if at any time you are out of work, Byrant & Stratton have a service for their Alumni to find their students employment opportunities in their field of specialty.

The professors are all very interactive with the students, they care about the welfare of their student's and how they are doing in their classes. The curriculum is focused on the studies that are specific to the major the student decided. Class registration is generally a pain free process, you must first get a financial aid release form then off to see your academic adviser. The work load can get a little stressful and overwhelming, but considering the outcome of all of the pertaining facts you learn towards your future career, it is well worth the hard work that it takes to complete.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I am getting what I am paying for at this college. I ask plenty of questions as I go along with the tuition and financial aid process. The financial aid department has helped me to receive extra money to stay enrolled. Financial age is never enough to cover everything, but that is the reason that I attend college. One day I will reflect back upon my college journey and compare the financial aid to the financial stability. The tip to getting financial aid is to pick up the phone and call our professional, courteous, and dependable financial aid department.

The staff are very involved with the students. They make you feel comfortable while attending the college. Registration is simple and they are of great assistance to the students. They make us feel comfortable even after or before completing the FAFSA application. The academics offered at the school prepares the students for a new career or existing career.

The experience is great to be a criminal justice student. The work given in one class pertains or ties into my next class. My workload varies depending on the instructor and course, but the work is tolerable and never too overwhelming for me. The Dean of the school is a person that takes action when there is a concern. My Adviser and Program Director are the best. They respond via email or telephone. The school helps students to seek employment during and after school.

I believe that the students here are working toward a degree/certification so they are focused. I also have noticed that the school has several of different ethnic groups which allows students to learn and connect with other cultures and ethnic groups. At my school you can tell that everyone is trying to be a professional in the way that they act.

Internet Issues – The school has many computers to use and many different labs, The only problem with the computers is the internet connection. The connection is very slow and some days its slower than others. I believe that they need to invest in higher internet speeds or come up with a solution to make the computers run faster. The computers and brand new so there is no reason they should be running slow except for internet connection.

Get in, Get Out – All the facilities at school are nice, however, there is no gym. Most people go to the library or use the facilities there quickly. Everyone is always busy so it's a get in, get out kind of atmosphere. If you're also busy though, it's motivating.
College Senior 2012-06-07T16:23:39Z
Snail Speed – The network at my school is as slow as a snail. If there is ever a rush to get some research done plan on being there longer than you need. The printing is always reliable, however if someone happens to be making copies you're in for a bit of a wait.
College Senior 2012-06-07T16:20:52Z
Students First – At my school the students always come first. All of the instructors do whatever it takes to help you get to the next level. Coming from one of the largest high schools in the northeast Ohio area the small class sizes and one on one time is extremely helpful.

Eastlake Expirience – I am a health services major at the Eastlake campus of Bryant and Stratton College. When I first started this program I was iffy of my abilities to directly relate, but Ms. Govan, my very passionate instructor taught me more in one class than I had known throughout my life. I feel very confident in my abilities to one day go out into the world and achive anything. The workload is immense, but all of it is necesarry to get to the next step. The class sizes are small and it is easy to participate in discussions.

It Could Use So Improvements – The student center is great and many computers but they dont have much for students and relaxing or study areas for us. They are very limited on drinks and food for us also.

Very Limited Schedules – All the nursing instructors are great, however the schedules are limited and non flexible and they offer no special study options. Workload is hugh but thats due to the type of program Im enrolled in.

None Flexible – The school offers an excelerated program but doesnt offer much flexibility with scheduling. Nor do they inform you of clinicals till a week before you start which is very inconvient.

Instructors Are Great! The instructors we have are great at teaching. Each one pushes you in a different way and wants you to suceed. However, their hands a tied in some ways in that they have only limited time to cram the information in and dont have much flexibility in what they can teach and how they teach it. Also, when it comes to clinicals, the process still needs work and scheduling needs improvement also.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Upfront Honest from the Begining – I'm paying for an education, not and experiance. The minute I decided to go to college and chose wich one, the admissions cousilor started talking numbers. Then I was refured the Financial aid were they walked me step by step through the financial aid process. Even when I wasnt covered and had a balance left the aid office and admissions office helped me apply for grants. So yes the numbers are big and scary but someone is there with you every step of the way. I know they will be back next semester too.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
