It's very windy, since the campus is located on the hill.

The main dining hall food is horrible. I always had stomachaches after eating. The cafe and South have better options, but they're not incredibly healthy either.

We are named the #2 campus in the nation for drugs.

Bryant's campus, while small, is a community. The unistructure (our academic building where most classes, along with the dining hall is located) has definitely proven to be an environment for learning. Food at the dining hall is ok, food at South side deli is pretty good. Campus life is fun and busy!

Off-Campus housing is pretty good at our school. There are buses that run through the town from our school. The landlords are pretty lenient with rent as well.

The academics is ok at Bryant. The Career Planning department does an excellent job in getting its students to grad school or jobs.

It's about 1 hour drive to Boston and 20-minute-drive to Providence so it's not bad at all to get off campus. Even though the town is quiet but it's not hard for you to go somewhere else and have fun, especially with free RIPTA bus in RI!

Bryant is famous for its business program. And it's probably the only program that is good here.
College Sophomore 2013-07-12T02:58:42Z
The off-campus dining is bad, except for the fact that it is near Providence. But even Providence doesn't have nice restaurants.

Our campus police is fairly relaxed with drinking until around 2-4am when they will shut most parties down. Students walking around with open containers will be asked to pour the beverage out. Policies are stricter for hosting parties and for other drug use.
College Sophomore 2013-07-01T19:31:29Z
There are very few options for close off-campus housing. On campus housing is very expensive.

Bryant has a strong level of ethnic/racial diversity, political beliefs, religion, and/or sexual orientation. A specific area that may be lacking is diversity in economic background, however being a private university this is usually to be expected.
College Sophomore 2013-07-01T19:23:43Z
The main large dining hall has good variety but just like anything, it can get old. This is why the number of dining hall options on campus needs to expand.

Bryant U follows the rules and regulations that comply to RI state laws

on the weekends the campus police are the busiest, but during the week they don't do much

Coming into the school you are given a laptop, it has everything you will need for the school which is a plus, and you get a new computer your junior year.
College Sophomore 2013-06-11T02:48:19Z
The food is good when you first get to the school, but you will get tired of it very quickly.. it took me a month to get sick of the dining hall.
College Sophomore 2013-06-11T02:44:35Z
Greek life is okay at Bryant, you don't have to be in one to enjoy the school and they are pretty low key.
College Sophomore 2013-06-11T02:41:12Z
Bryant has great academics! It is a challenging school, but there is a lot of resources to help you stay above water.

You are required to take courses that are not related to your major. There are a wide variety of these types of courses, but the downfall is that they are not offered every semester.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
