Deteriorating quality – The quality of our dining hall food continually decreases as dining services needs to cut their expenses. Rhoads dining hall was closed, leaving the other two dining halls overcrowded and noisy. The Mexican bar turned into a mashed potato bar, the short-order grill at dinner was discontinued and the take-out option was restricted. Expensive food items such as grape tomatoes, grapes and organic peanut butter have been discontinued or are served infrequently, and the quality of our fresh vegetables is... well... I wouldn't exactly call them fresh vegetables.
