Parking at BMC can be kind of hit and miss. A permit costs $100 dollars, but it does not guarantee a parking spot every day. Sometimes students without permits park in the spots meant for permit only students, and that can be very frustrating. There is a fair amount of street parking if you are a good parallel parker, but it fills up quickly, especially during peak class hours (9am-2pm, Mon-Thurs).
