Overlooked and Underfunded
While the athletic facilities have received more money in recent years, they still aren't really what they should be. We don't have our own cross country course or track (indoor or outdoor) and we don't have indoor tennis courts, which hinders those sports. Our fan support is minimal at best, we are a joke in our conference, and even some of the athletes don't take it seriously. We also have very little support or understanding from the administration. As a serious swimmer, this frustrates me, but I see things going in a positive direction.
