We need more facilities because of the growing student population. Housing is always an issue, and finding a place to study is hard too.

Most of the buildings are older...The library needs renovating...that fountain is just!!! Clowes Hall is nice! It's my favorite building because that's where all the good events go down. The newer dorms are cute.

Buildings here are pretty old, but well kept up with. Jordan Hall (where most classes in the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Education are) is a beautiful old building that is fairly well kept up. Gallahue Hall (sciences) is pretty lame looking. The pharmacy building is one of the newest additions to campus and is clean and modern with a lot of natural lighting. Buildings on campus are pretty much all limestone, giving the campus a nice uniform look. The HRC (health and recreation center) is a great new facility with TONS of things from work out equipment to group fitness to personal training. It is also where the health services are located as well as counseling services. They also put on a lot of campus-wide activities. We don't really have a "student center" because students hang out all around campus. Not going to lie, the libraries here suck. Butler's campus has a huge amount of green space from the mall (quad) to Holcomb Gardens.

Butler is a great place where you can do many things. The academics here unfortunately go unrecognized. Sure, we're no ivy league school, but we probably fall in the category right under that. The school does a great job of creating well-rounded individuals so that upon graduation, they are ready to take on the world. The school's social scene consists of heavy greek life involvement. If that's you thing, great. If not, it can sometimes be a little in your face. Living on campus is nice because everything is so close. We have a tiny campus. Something that is frustrating, though, is that Butler is in such a residential neighborhood that there aren't any restaurants or stores right off campus. Butler also isn't bordered by any main roads, only side streets. If you don't have a car on campus it's not impossible to leave, though very difficult. Even though Butler's location isn't the greatest, there are so many opportunities here that will make college everything and more.

Beautiful campus, some of the buildings are a bit old but they seem to do a good job on keeping up with the maintenance.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
