College Prowler Take
One of the main draws of living in San Luis is the weather. Since the city is costal, mornings and evenings tend to be cool, while the fog burns off and temperatures shoot up in the afternoon. Winter is the rainy season, with intermittent showers in the spring. Cold days are never unbearably cold, and of course, it never snows. Summers can get quite hot, but a trip to the beach is always a pleasant way to cool down. Fall time is mild. Pants and T-shirts will do, most of the time. Bring one jacket, a few sweatshirts, pants, shorts, T-shirts, and tank tops. Students’ favorite piece of clothing is generally a pair of well-worn flip-flops. Students Speak Out

It's sunny most of the time. It gets a bit chilly in the morning and at night, but during the day it's pretty nice. Sometimes during the winter, there will be a cold day and maybe a few rainy days, but they don't last long. You should have an umbrella and warm clothing just in case. Most of the time, though, you'll be in summer clothing. The beach is only 10 to 15 minutes away.
