No. I turned in mine a day late, and was still able to remove the hold and apply for financial aid.

Over the last year, CPP has made many renovations to its campus and is still continuing to do so. Most recently, Cal Poly finished the $58.5 million expansion and renovation of the University Library. Our library now holds 2.4 million books, microfilms, maps, and some 3,000 periodicals and 2,800 online journals and databases. It features a two-story Grand Reading Room, a Learning Commons, a Productivity Center, and 43 Group Study Rooms. Additionally, the bottom floor contains state-of-the-art classrooms and lecture halls, a Special Events Room, a 24-hour lab, and a Starbucks! All of these additions have made the library much more useful, as well as a more popular place for studying.

This renovation came right after Cal Poly updated the engineering laboratories (building 17) and the biotechnology building (building 4). CPP also added to the Japanese Garden, making it more beautiful than ever. The Bronco Student Center was also recently revamped, with a two-story Fitness Center, a study lounge, and a game room. Currently, Cal Poly is in the process of updating Building 3, as well as building three additional Residential Suites with different apartment floor plans from the other Suites. Cal Poly plans to unveil the new Suites in Fall 2010. The rest of the buildings are just regular buildings, filled with classrooms, labs, and in some cases (such as Building 1), study areas.
