I give them an A for the simple fact that there isn't any pressure. The professors work with you to make sure you understand the work. The rules are simple to follow.

As a Business Manager major, I am loving the experience. So far I have a 3.5 GPA and will strive to do better. The school meets all of my expectations. This include the time class starts and when it ends. I am working for PerkStreet Financial and attend Cambridge College with 15 credits each semester. The classes makes you engage with everyone and makes you feel like you are part of a family rather than just being a student. If i would do it all over again, I would. I have recommended students who have not been interested in going directly to College and stray them to the Year Up program. In reality, it's college. Just where I started off,Year Up. I see my self graduating from Cambridge Masters program they offer. I just can't get enough of them.

The computer labs at Cambridge College are manageable. No one and I mean no one hogs the computers. People are very sharing and understanding when it comes to their limits for the usage of the computers. There has been numerous occasions when someone has given up their seat to accommodate my needs.

I was born and raised in Trinidad. When I decided to attend the Year Up program which affiliated with Cambridge College I notice a big change. I did not see a huge group of Indians or Chinese. It was completely different. There are people from all over the world. Not to mention, places I have not yet heard of. I love this school so much, because no one downgrades the differences that they come across. For instants, in Trinidad we greet people by saying "Goodmorning" and "Goodnight". There have been many times I have said Goodnight to someone, and they replied with Hello Goodnight. It's almost like they understood my culture with acceptance instead of tolerance.

I personally do not think that the weather does any harm towards my campus experience. We are located on the main street (Mass Ave) and have access to the MBTA local Bus and Subway system. I am actually happy that we are extremely near to the T. I am able to get to class on time from downtown Boston. I take the Red Line that stops me literally 5 mins walking distance from the campus.

Open Enrollment – Easy to get in, but be prepared to work once you do.

You Get Out What You Put in – Cambridge College is open-enrollment--you get out of your education what you put in. The professors are personable, knowledgeable and challenging. The workload is realistic for working adults.
