I have experienced both traditional learning and online learning, I personally prefer online. I like to work at my own pace.

Online courses are more demanding in several ways, but better for the student who applies skills and knowledge and rigorous workload in the long run: there is no quietly sitting in the back of the classroom allowing those on the front row, who always answer the questions, to carry you through an online class. Every student is required to discuss, reply to other students' discussions, and actively participate in all parts of the learning process. In my courses, we are expected to use respectful comments, cooperate, and work through assignments together--learning from others as we post ideas, questions and additional comments to the weekly topics.

The professors are easily accessible. I never thought I'd like online learning, but since Capella, I love it.

I've taken online courses in the best but was still a little nervous when applying to an all online university. I've been able to manage school and work and still have a life outside those things thanks to Capella.
