Editorial Internship

College Prowler, an award-winning college guidebook publisher in Pittsburgh, is actively seeking editorial interns
to provide essential support to the editorial staff in the research and editing of our student-written guides.
This internship is for publishing experience and college credit only, and students of any class year who are
interested in getting some first-time experience in the publishing industry are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Researching institutional data through various public sources
- Fact checking and editing student-provided data
- Updating information on our Web site
- Miscellaneous projects, including occasionally working with InDesign book files and writing and editing marketing copy and blog entries
Requirements:
- Excellent editing and writing skills
- Aptitude for organization
- Enthusiasm and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work two to three days (15-20 hours) per week in our office at 5001 Baum Blvd. (near Oakland)
