The admin does a pretty good job with aid. Not completely a financially blind admissions but they will work with you to make the bill fit.

Carleton has always been extremely understanding and generous. I am definitely getting more financial aid than my family expected based on the FAFSA, and the financial aid office tends to be lenient when it comes to payment deadlines if you give them a good reason for not turning something in on time.
