Overall ExperienceWhat's This?

Case is best-suited for self-motivated, goal-oriented students with a firm grasp on reality. Most students have professional aspirations and a solid idea where they want to be in 10 years. Students tend to be very content with the level of academics and research and learning opportunity. The largest amount of concern from students comes from issues such as social atmosphere and male-female ratio. Students are mostly very happy with their professors and the facilities and resources available for students.

People are wired and “connected,” but often very out-of-touch at the same time. It is often interesting to speculate about what cultural analysts from the future would say about the culture on the Case campus. Few students questioned expressed a concern for the amount of student involvement in University or students development or described any need for change in the relationship between departments or between students of different schools within Case. The Case campus offers freedom, and the city of Cleveland affords opportunities; students have the option to carve out their own niche. Case can be a school to fit the plans and aspirations of any ambitious and intelligent student in virtually any field. Its reputation as a place of endless research and learning opportunity is duly owned.

Overall a Great School

I've enjoyed my time at Case so far because there are so many things to do and ways to get around. I like that it is a small campus but not to small because I still meet someone new everyday.

Loved My Years

I loved CWRU when I was there, and I wish I could go back in a second. It is a lot of work and professors will push you, but it does prepare you. There is a lot to do, a million clubs and the people I met there are some of the best in the world. Everyone is driven and very intelligent- your friends will go off to do crazy and awesome things. Work hard, play hard.

Get Involved! It's Amazing!

I could not be happier with my decision to come here! These are the friendliest, smartest, and most interesting people I have ever met. The campus is the perfect size that you can know a large amount of the campus, but still meet new people every day. It's not an overwhelming size and the graduates are so nice: even to freshman! It's a tough school, but I recommended joining a club or 2 to keep you sane in between studying. But there are so many helping resources to help you adjust and the people will just make your day!
