Drugs are not a visible part of campus. There are certain people who do drugs, but besides those few, it isn't noticeable. Alcohol, for the most part, isn't visible, either. There will be the occasional beer can or bottle lying around campus after the weekend, and students talk about drinking, but it's not done out in public.
There isn't pressure to drink or do drugs. Everyone is pretty respectful of one another and won't pressure you to do something you don't want to do. If you are caught drinking underage or in a dry dorm, you will get written up and fined by the campus. Athletes caught drinking underage or during dry season will suffer a penalty given by their coach, usually a one-game suspension. Some students have been caught more than once, so the penalty can't be too bad. But if you get three alcohol violations, you have to do an online AA-type program. Being caught with drugs is a different story. Marijuana doesn't have too much of a penalty, but someone was once caught with heroin, and he got kicked out of the school for a year and had to go through rehab. After a year, he was let back in and still got his scholarship money back. Still, not too bad of a penalty.
