Some of the rooms need some maintenance. Other than that everything looks great.

There is much diversity here on campus. We have several missionary kids who are from other countries, and students who were just born in other countries. Everyone get along, and are friends here.

Everyone comes out to all the home games, no matter what sport it going on. Since it is a smaller school, we try to get the entire student body out their cheering.

Central Bible College is a fairly strict campus. They inforce their rules and regulations. They have them for our safty as well. This is a Christion campus, and we are here preparing for the ministry. The rules are set as they are so that we act like we are Christians, and help better us for the ministry.

There really is no need for transportation. The campus is a small campus, so the only transportation they offer, is if you have a car on campus.

Some challenges I face getting into the college was the money. Money has always been a problem for me and a college that cost 17000 dollars would seem easy to come up with but it isn't for me. The most important criteria for admission was making sure you get everything done early because it makes it a lot easier once you get to the college.

My Top Choice – CBC is a overall great school. Top of the line professors and a nice small school atmosphere. It truly is a school dedicated to training ministers and missionaries of the Gospel. A great place to grow both intellectually and in your walk with God.

We have three parking lots and they are all close.

Excellent Professors, Great Atmosphere – It's a small campus and I'm glad I attended. The professors are excellent and teach outside of this denomination's theological box. The chapel services could use some tweeking, as the acoustics are not meant for the decibel level that the music was played at. This was a place that I can wholeheartedly recommend for theological studies at the undergraduate level.

Springfield Is a Safe Place to Go to School – This is a sprawling medium-sized city that has a low crime rate and enough parks and museums to keep a person busy between study sessions. If a person is looking for an economical, safe place to study theology, counseling, or music, this is an excellent school and area. There are a few museums, but not very many. Civil war historical sites are within a short drive.

Three Other Schools in the Area – It was nice that almost every week there was a free or cheap concert, play, or other performing arts event at one of the other schools in the area. If you're bored, it's time to get in you car or make friends with someone who has one and visit the other campuses for these events.

Not a Party School – This is a Bible College. There are activities, but not in the line that this category is looking for

Very Supportative of Students – All students at CBC are required to do an internship before they graduate. I haven't done one yet, but my best friend/co-worker is working on hers and the staff and faculty were very supportive and helpful to her, and my boss told me that when my turn came they would make sure that I got a good internship, too.

From what I have experienced (not having a car), parking on campus is fine. There is no parking based on seniority, everything is fairly close, and as long as you have the permit sticker, you are fine.

I Don't Know – I don't have a clue about what the bars and clubs around my school are like. For one, I am a Christian and do not frequent those types of places. Secondly, I don't have any off-campus transportation.

The local weather doesn't really affect me that much because it is not that much different from what I am used to since I am going to school close to home.

Ministry Training – CBC is all about training up the next generation of ministers!!

Great Ministry School!! Central Bible College Exist for one reason, and one reason only...to train up the next generation on pastors and missionaries. Central Bible college is the best school for this from the way the school is set up, to worship, chapel, and the classes. The Professors are always willing to meet with you, and pray for you. If you are called to ministry then I would recommend CBC!!

I Love It Here. This is a Bible College. I had only been saved a year when i arrived, and being surrounded by people who have been reading the Bible their whole lives was a little intimidating, but the people here are understanding of whatever your background is. The professors work with you. They take you under their wing. They will spend personal time with you, and help to launch you out into the world! The atmosphere is incredible. They hold chapel services that focus on sometimes just letting God work. I love it here!

Great Options for All! The town is built like a college town in my opinion. It offers many restaurants. The fast food restaurants are right down the road, and upper scale restaurants are within a 15 minute drive. All of these are very much affordable also. These places are constantly offering discounts to college students, on special days. So, off campus food is normally always affordable.

It Is Acceptable, but Not Great. The food isn't the best. Basically everything is generic. We have little variety on a daily basis. The courses repeat every week basically. They do offer healthy options for food i must say.

Pearlman Library – The Pearlman Library is one of the most outstanding pentecostal libraries in the country. There are great Bible and Theology books as well as a vast amount of study and history materials. Plenty of tables and comfty chairs to relax and study.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
