I haven't got the chance to really see what century has for the degree.
College Junior 2013-11-25T18:17:52Z
The college is okay the problem is there is not much study space hosting over 10,000 students.

Not much school has been done but so far in the entry process it is the best

College Sophomore 2013-11-19T04:05:58Z

Tuition & Financial Aid:
It's a good price for tuition, but I have a hard time paying for it

Our computer lab is great we have several, which is nice because it can get busy. Our wireless network is strong, internet speed is very fast and out computer tech staff really know what they are doing they can be very helpful when you need assistance with your computer.

I think the library is one of the school's best attributes because its a good place to study, clean, organized, good layout, and large. Everything else is pretty good too.
College Junior 2013-10-14T12:12:04Z
They are there for guidance and they help out a lot. They always answer the questions I have.
College Junior 2013-10-14T12:10:42Z
I think my college does a great job with helping students out with homework, projects, questions, etc. I have not had a negative experience.

I love century. A whole lot of the student body is great, and many teachers are lovely. A few teachers suck, but there are more that are helpful than not. ratemyprofessors is pretty true to how the teachers are, so I would check that as you register for classes. The registration process and financial aid is great. The campus is pretty small, but it's a lot easier to get to know people that way. Mega flexible, and they give some $36 printing allowance a semester, and it's pretty hard to use all of that at 5 cents a page. For a cheap transition from high school to university, Century is awesome.

The workload seemed to be heavier and you must be very disciplined to complete work and get it turned in on time. Can be challenging.

I really like how the schedules which fits to my daily standards. I also like how the college is based off on classes. The west campus is majors and east campus is for generals.

I went to a university for a semester before I transferred to Century College, and one HUGE difference I noticed was how hands-on the staff is here! For any possible needs the students may have, there is always a staff member there to direct you. I also love the amount of postings Century has for jobs, sports activities, and clubs for students to be a part of. They really do a great job of giving students as many opportunities as possible to get involved.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Just like any other college, the financial aid process can be a hassle. However, Century does a fantastic job of keeping students updated with deadlines and tips on how to get it taken care of properly. The financial aid staff is also always really helpful with any questions or concerns so I never feel lost or confused when I'm looking for answers.

Starting out in college, I took a class that also had an online portion to it. I like the class itself but when it came to the online portion i didnt like that much. The teacher would give us assignments online with deadlines. She would then change the deadline to a later date which was sometimes good if you noticed it early enough.
College Junior 2013-08-20T16:03:16Z
They have a wide variety of class times and online classes. I have done the online classes and they were very convenient. I'm starting on campus classes this fall and there were a lot of class times to choose from.
College Junior 2013-08-17T03:22:23Z
The school had so much to offer. Very flexible classes, helpful professor and reasonable tuition prices. The process for enrolling at Century college went smooth the website is laid out to provide a great step by step process. I would like to see more specific study groups being organized at the school. Although, this is a community college I feel like there should be more student involvement into school activities.

With the size of the building and number of students, the athletic center could use more room and availability for sports. Also, student center seems to be very active and focus many new subjects every week. Libraries are very steady and have a lot books available or if they don't have it, they will search for different locations for you. Campus activities is full of stuff to do every week!
College Senior 2013-07-28T20:52:24Z
Professors come with all different type of backgrounds and I cannot make a statement that is not true. But I will say is that many professors are great while others do little to help you with your academics to improve to better yourself. The great professors I have in the past are extremely well prepared and knowledgeable to assist in many questions.

I am a Law Enforcement major, they have a fantastic program to start off students who are eager to get into the field with hands on experiences with variety of professions. Although I just started, I can tell every aspect of of major is great to keep students focus and busy,
College Senior 2013-07-28T20:40:30Z
Classes were flexible so far for my first year. There are many options to choose from. My teachers were awesome, although I did have a few professors that was not up to my standards in the teaching aspect. I have little to no issues that wasn't handle. One thing I really dislike is getting a appointment with counselors. It really feels like you are on a timer and you have to say whatever you need to ASAP before your time is up and this doesn't make anyone comfortable. Overall 4/5
Sorry, there are no reviews.
