Special Options
There is plenty of food to accommodate any dietary need. The dining hall always serves one meat, one vegetarian, and one vegan entrée. They offer gluten-free breads, cereals, and snacks; Lactaid lactose-free dairy products; and the international station serves kosher food. Dining staff will always answer questions regarding ingredients, and most allergy warnings will be posted on meal labels at each station.
