Guys love Chapman—60 percent of the study body is women, making it very easy for guys to find a girlfriend or a random hookup. Girls, on the other hand, have a hard time finding a serious boyfriend because guys don't want to settle down with just one girl when there are so many available. 

It can be hard for girls to meet guys in their classes because some majors, like public relations/advertising, psychology, and communications, are dominated by women, and there will only be one or two guys in each class. A great way to meet students of the opposite sex is to become active on campus. Sororities and fraternities have events together throughout the year.

Hellloooo Panthers!

Chapman I've heard is rated with some of the hottest girls and guys in a university and I can say that's true. It's surprising how this collection of students happens to be attractive! Putting aside the stereotypical southern californian standard of everyone striving to look good, really everyone has great personalities, friendly, and are ambitious .

Hot, but Not the Nicest.

There are a lot of extremely attractive men on our campus, however a large portion of them are just, to be blunt, ass****s. Very superficial. A lot of guys however are very nice they are just harder to find.

Social Scene

Everyone at Chapman is outgoing, and students make friends anywhere, from waiting in line at the cafeteria to walking through the dorms. Students in the same major will have numerous classes together and will eventually befriend everyone in their major. Outside of the classroom, students often see each other at fraternity parties or the bars.

Hookups or Relationships?

Freshman year will be full of hookups at random fraternity parties. After junior year, the hookups end and most students start to search for a boyfriend or girlfriend.

Dress Code

Chapman students make an effort to look nice all the time. In the classroom, girls wear sundresses, skirts, or jeans with a nice top. Guys usually wear jeans with a T-shirt or a hoodie. Girls go all out when they go to parties. Almost all wear heels, lots of makeup, and short dresses or tight jeans. Guys don't dress up, but douse themselves with cologne.
