Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

Students who are tired of the cafeteria can take a short walk to the Orange Circle to find tasty and affordable food. Restaurants in The Circle are always filled with students, so it is almost like an extension of the Chapman campus. For breakfast, students usually go to The Filling Station, an outdoor restaurant with eggs, waffles, french toast, omelets, and breakfast burritos. This is the place to go the morning after a huge fraternity party. There is a huge variety of places for lunch and dinner, from Mexican to Cuban food. Perhaps the most popular restaurant is Tokyo Café, a sushi restaurant. Many Chapman students work at Tokyo, making it a very college-friendly environment. Those who are looking for a healthier meal can go to Rutabegorz Restaurant, which serves giant salads and wraps at affordable prices.

When students have a craving for sweets, they often go to Cherry on Top for frozen yogurt, Café Lucca for some gourmet gelato, or The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for handmade fudge. Chapman students are spoiled with the food options they have within walking distance. Although the meals are well-priced, it is very easy to spend $150 or more a month by going out to eat too often. So, to save money, go to the Orange Circle for an occasional splurge or only when you want to avoid the cafeteria food.

So Good

All of the restaurants in the circle are amazing. I would eat at any of them and be completely satisfied. Most of them are extremely affordable and convenient to get to, and a lot of students work there so its a very fun environment.

Restaurants

There are many options off campus, many people go to classics like In and Out or Chipotle, but find a true Chapman student and they'll take you to Taco Adobe or Ricardos for some extra fun.

This Place Is Drab.

When I first heard that chapman was in the middle of Orange County, I was so sure that I will never run out of places to eat at night! the only place that is 24/7 in here is that rat infested taqueria de anda that serves mediocre mexican food with rat meat as their main ingredient.
