Very Helpful

Everyone at the financial aid office is nice and go over with you every detail of the award letter. They even help you fill out the forms if you need help.

Direct

Financial Aid advisors are very direct people. They are always available over the phone if you have a dire question and can not go into the office. However, it is better to see them face-to-face because sometimes they do not pull up the exact information you are asking from them and tell you that you owe a bigger number than you know you do.

Great Experience!

I went into school thinking I was going to get FAFSA but they ended up not giving me any aid! Chapman saw that and bumped up my grant 1,000 dollars.

Advice on Financial Aid

Students are automatically considered for a merit scholarship when they submit their application to Chapman. Based on their grades, SAT or ACT scores, and curriculum, students can receive up to $21,000 in scholarships. Students can also receive talent-based scholarships in the areas of art, creative writing, journalism, dance, film and television, music, science, or theatre. There are many scholarships available during the year for students in leadership positions and Greek life. Because Chapman is so wealthy and has a small student body, it is very easy to receive aid.
