The cafeteria is a fine place to eat on campus, but there are other opportunities on campus as well as off.

The dining halls, menus, variety, and value at CSU are all pretty good! It's the hours that aren't appealing. If you want a late night snack you're out of luck, everything on campus, including the coffee shop, closes down with the sun.

We live in the poster city for the south, and the macaroni and cheese is awful. So is the fried chicken. Some days, I just stay in my dorm with my gallon sized tub of pretzels and a jar of Nutella. I gained 15 pounds my first semester, because the best stuff they have is dessert. Breakfast is phenomenal, as long as you don't eat it on the weekends. On the weekends, they reheat leftovers. Economical, yes. But hash browns do NOT reheat well. The pizza will give you serious indigestion. We have one dining hall (its a small school), and a to-go facility. If you don't want a 21 meal plan, you can go down to 15 meals per week, and the leftover money is applied to your buccaneer bucks account, which can be spent in the to-go facility, or in java city. I like that part.

Fried chicken wednesdays are okay but don't expect much on the weekend, especially if the football or basketball team is out of town!
Sorry, there are no reviews.
