I'm taking my first online course so I don't have anything to compare it to.

The administration has been wonderful with transferring my information to the next school. My advisors have been great with helping me enroll in the correct classes. The instructors are great with students needing to leave class or the not attend for various reasons.

Chipola is a mix of high school, college and adults. It is a good mix that allows the younger generation to learn from the more life experienced people. Mature people teach and guide the younger people in more ways than just school.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Chipola College has went out of there way to introduce me to Chipola. The navigation has been great and I am always available to view my grades at any time I would like. The teachers are always there to help you and they have FREE tutoring here! I did not give an A plus, because the parking is not a plus.

The student body is great. Most of the students are recent graduates. I enjoy my classes and the individuals that share my academic study.

The classes aren't easy, but they aren't hard at the same time. Some teachers work with you on due dates and stuff, but others don't. It all depends.

I think the extracurricular activities are phenomenal. The libraries and student centers have helpful personnel.

I think the computer situation at Chipola is great. Everytime I go there with my laptop, it works just fine. The computer labs always work as well.

You pretty much know everyone, which is good. There's a diversity amongst the campus.
College Freshman 2013-09-29T20:43:08Z
It's not the most modern school, but it's definitely not the oldest. If you go to Chipola, you pretty much know most of the people there because we're all in the same area.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I think it's fairly priced, especially since it's quality education. I haven't had to deal with the Financial Aid office yet, so I can't grade them.

It's pretty simple, but it can be difficult to get a hold of the teacher or find him on campus for help.

I don't know much, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
College Sophomore 2013-09-19T23:53:32Z
The students are very diverse, and there are different crowds to be around.
College Sophomore 2013-09-13T01:32:30Z
The resources on center are readily available to me when needed. The campus activities works well for the student body. I campus is well maintained and display the hard work that my ancestors and family alumni has put into making this a student friendly campus.

My plans are to major in medicine. As I take foundation core classes, I find my instructors work well with me to accomplish my overall goal. I am satisfied with my current college experience.

My experience has been somewhat convenient for me. As noted I am dual enrolled and this experience allows me to gain college life experience and ease into the flow of real college life.

I have not had the experience of online classes at this point in my college adventure.
College Sophomore 2013-09-13T01:22:34Z
I am a high school student dual enrolled at the college. This is a great experience for me, to began to learn what college is like while I am still at home with my parents. It is teaching me independence. The professors are quite friendly and very approachable. I am enjoying the experience.

I haven't had any problems with the wireless or network. D2L can sometimes be glitchy, but that's not really something they can help. I like to have my own computer but it isn't necessary. Wireless is in all the buildings.

There really isn't anything exciting at Chipola. The people tend to be nice, but there isn't really much of a social scene outside the friends you make in class.
College Junior 2013-07-31T04:56:51Z
There are pretty nice facilities; a new theatre has been built. Not much of a student center though.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
Don't Procrastinate – Getting the financial aid I needed would have been much easier if I had filled out the forms as soon as I received them. The people are very helpful and friendly.

The College is small enough that you can walk to all your classes. They also have great customer service in the book store.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
