Administration of Justice

my major is criminal justice, which at community colleges is known as Administration of justice. and the professors are nice and everything but they do not unfortunately has all the classes for me to be able to transfer. but overall its great so far. I'm learning a lot and learning life long experience.

It Was a Very Interesting Experience

Online classes were very convenient compared to regular classes

in my opinion. This is especially true for someone like me

who works.

S.I., STEM Center, Tutoring Center, Learning Center, Writing Center!

Citrus College has so many resources. The one I used the most was the S.I. center, which was supplemental instruction. In a lot of the science and math classes, an SI leader, someone who did well in that class previously, would go to that class and attend every session, take notes, and have SI sessions twice a week for anyone who wanted to come. They knew exactly what the teacher was expecting of the students, practiced sample questions, and more. Citrus also had a tutoring center, which offered free one on one tutoring, and a writing center which offered people to help you for lab reports, essays, brainstorming, resumes, and applications.

No Hassles

Most of my classes that I have take are transferable which occurs a few weeks after the semester is over. The accumulation of credits is very simple here at Citrus.

My Classes Have Been Great

Overall, my classes have been beneficial to me and for my major. I am not taking any classes that I don't need. I have taken a law course and now I am taking an English course. I am just trying to get all of my required classes and nothing else.

The Professors Are Very Nice

In the past year and a half that I have been in Citrus has been pretty good

thanks in part to the professors. They have all been very helpful and kind

to me and my other classmates. They have been very fair to me as well

and their expectations out of me are reasonable. Overall, I have had

a tremendous experience with the professors here at Citrus.

Citrus College Is Good

The budget office at Citrus College is very efficient because they give accurate measures of what classes and programs in going to be available weeks before the semester officially starts. The opportunity programs are very helpful and help get you to what you want to achieve at Citrus

Financial Aid Efficient

The financial aid process at my school is very efficient. They help you with every steps in order to get what you need to help with your schooling. The amount of money given by financial aid helps a lot.

Professors Are Helpful

At my school, everything seems to be quite efficient because I try to take advantage of every possible opportunity in order to maximize all my chances the school offers.

Professors Are There to Help

I am an anthropology major and the classes at my college are easy because the professors take the time to help us in order for us to understand what is being talked and they have a genuine compassionate attitude towards helping the students

Good

it's not a big school, so the whole environment is kind of friendly. you don't have to go the long way to the next class.

It Is Fair

I have been going since Fall 2006 and it has be raised a lot but thats what happens when you go to school in california.

Very Helpful

I love how if I need to see a counselor they are readily available. Everyone is helpful and are there to make sure your questions get answered.

It Was Smooth

When I did have to use any of the computer labs it always went smooth and I never seemed to have a problem. My only issue was that I kept forgetting my user name and password.

They Really Care

Transfer Center: Maria LeDuc, hands down, THE BEST.

Impacted Campus

Too many students, too few classes, fewer faculty.

College Experience Life

I love my school. I attend citrus College, driving about 100 miles 4 days a week to go to school, from L.A. to Glendora. I like all the people and staff and how most people respectable and very helpful when you need something. My professors from Administration of Justice gives me a life changing knowledge that I will never forget and how much i learn from him. its is a small school which most people like and how one of the LAFD Captain used to attend Citrus and i admire her to see where she is now.

Most Are Young

Most of the students at citrus college are fairly young (younger than 23). I would say almost all of the students at citrus have full or part time jobs. There are a few older students that attend citrus.

Good Start

Citrus College is a great college to start at. In the beginning it was a little tough to get classes, much like anywhere else, but as time goes on it gets a little easier. Most of the instructors I had were great teachers and very helpful. I am very happy with my experience at citrus overall and think it is a great community college.

Teacher Interaction

Sometimes the teachers of the online courses are not available AT ALL to answer questions or help the students with the online coursework. Other teachers are amazing and much more helpful.

STEM Grant

Citrus College receives a grant for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math courses and uses this money to provide a computer lab and study sessions for classes in these subjects that have a high drop or failure rate. It is an amazing program, and Citrus uses it to benefit the students and help us succeed.

LOVE IT.

I went to Cal Poly Pomona and now I attend Citrus and I wish I went to citrus all along! They are helping me prepare for the college life and I get Priority Registration for being in the Honors Program. LOVE IT HERE!

Hard to Get Classes

Very difficult to recieve any gen ed classes needed.

Libaries

The library on campus is not bad. I find that there is multiple places and resources that are available to me that allow me to do research on any paper assigned to me in any of my classes, which makes it very easy to get any assignment done.

Citrus Is Diverse

There are white, black, asian, african, south east asian, liberal, conservative, spiritual and general acceptance of everybody.
