With transfer at ccsf they are good if your focused student that knows what you want and steps and questions you would like to answer
CCSF is great with academic transfers being compatible with the the UC schools because a large amount of their student body is taking classes in order to transfer. I think they are very focused on making sure that classes are easily transferable.
thanks guys! this is helpful!
CCSF is one of the best in terms of transferring to the UCs. It offers all courses and prerequisites needed to transfer to the school of your choice and there are counselors that help you plan for that path.
its pretty strait forward. just take the right classes. skyline is also an option
This is perhaps the best Community College in the nation. The academics are sufficient for transfer to both the CSU and UC systems, and everything depends on the student's interest.
CCSF is by far one of the best decisions (school wise) coming out of high school. I got to save thousands of money and get priority transfer to a UC. I am transferring this fall and can say that city college really does prepare you for the next step at a 4 year institutions. All you need is to be modivate and willing to work if you want to get out to a UC. I was.. took a year and a half to do 60 units and am transferring out now. so yes, CCSF is the way to go!! and counselors are very helpful, just keep on track for your educational plans!! good luck!
Transferring to a UC or CSU is pretty easy as long as you know what you're doing and passing all of your classes.
The counselor are great, but it is also the student's responsibility to follow up and make sure they are meeting all the deadlines.
