There is a ton of off-campus housing available, if you look early enough that is. The prices vary, but usually are cheaper than living on-campus. Utilities are occasionally included and there is usually parking at the apartments.

Apartments Are Expensive

Clarion is a college town and landlords take advantage of the students need for apartments. Rent is expensive

Housing Is Easy to Find but Maybe Hard to Leave.

Clarion has an abundance of apartments and houses to rent for the school year. Depending on the landlord depends on the cost of the housing. Clarion is overall a safe area.
