  • The Strip: main meeting place for students of the AUC. The Strip is conveniently located in the center of Clark Atlanta’s campus.
Things I Wish I Knew Before Coming To School
  • Atlanta is a big city, so you shouldn’t expect a lot of on-campus parties and a huge Greek life.
  • Clark Atlanta University has one of the best business schools in the nation.
  • Make a copy of all papers submitted to any offices (i.e., registration, financial aid, etc.), and make a record of the dates that they were submitted.
  • Students who park illegally or without permits have an extremely high chance of getting booted.
  • Upperclassmen are good resources to use when choosing courses for the first year.
Tips to Succeed
  • Don’t get caught up in the hype of weekday and weekend parties.
  • Network with fellow Clark Atlanta students and teachers.
  • Perfect attendance and getting to know your teachers is a good way to secure a good grade in a difficult class.
  • Study hard.
  • Take advantage of all Clark Atlanta University career resources, including the AUC and CAU Career Center.
  • Take advantage of seminars and workshops as early as freshman year.
  • You’re paying for an extremely expensive education so try to learn everything you can, even if it has nothing to do with your major. Knowledge is power!

Fun Stuff

We have plenty of the school's partners who offer many free things (food, drink, clothing, etc...) and our market Thursday's offer the students a chance to buy interesting things from local businesses. We also have a unique ability to go to Spelman and Morehouse for their activities as we are a part of the Atlanta University Center (AUC) and often engage in activities together.

Campus Life

We have a lot of activities to keep everyone involved. WE also interact with the two other schools in the Atlanta University Center, Spelman College and Morehouse College. Collectively, we party , have weekly social events,a constantly meet new people.

Campus Life

Greek life at CAU is not your average sight. Sometimes it seems as though the greek experience is exactly what you see in movies where organizations don't truly help one another. Here at CAU, we have friendly disses, and yes some frats and sorors link up to put events on, but as a whole, the greek unity is not what it shall be.
