Financial aid was unable to help me and rarely responded to the emails I sent them. However, the people in student accounts are fantastic.

The office is in the middle of campus and you are not the only person that sends them emails. Also, there is a protocol that they have to follow. If you do not fit the criteria, you can't get their money. Student accounts can help you whenever financial aid cannot vice versa. They work together. Also, F is a pretty harsh grade ;)
