The parking isn't bad if you get there early. Luckily most of my classes were in the morning so I couldnormally find a decent spot. However, the later it gets in the day, the harder it is to find one.

Clemson is all about being a "Family". Everyone here sticks together and loves to help each other out.

The bars are only for people over 21 and the frat parties are for sophomores and below, which lives junior year stuck in limbo.

Its the south, so how could you not love the weather!

Guys & Girls:
Tons of nice guys, at least on the non-party end of the spectrum(as i am). Look good and really nice. Plenty of gorgeous girls as well.

The best thing is you always can see your friends in the dining halls, but those don't have the greatest food, although there usually is a pretty large variety. Also, you always have other options on campus if you're really not feeling the dining hall, like subway, papa johns, or einsteins bagels.
College Sophomore 2013-10-20T20:06:00Z
Freshmen year, even though they aren't the highest quality dorms, is great because you have 2 main locations where freshmen are, so its really easy to become friends with those people that live so close to you, and eat at the same dining halls. Upperclassmen housing isn't the best, some apartment and suite style living, not that much better or worse than off campus. Upperclassmen on campus is limited though, not enough for everyone.

Gotta be 21+ to enjoy downtown. Gotta be greek any other way if you want to party

No one cares about anything but football.

Guys & Girls:
Most girls won't even talk to you unless you're a part of Greek Life. If you don't want to be in a frat and you want to meet a cool girl, go somewhere else.

The transportation is great. There are like 5 different routes which have multiple buses running thoughout the day. THere is also a TigerTransit which you can call and reserve to pick you up.
College Sophomore 2013-10-19T23:43:39Z
On the weekends and game days especially, the nightlife downtown is awesome. One thing though, almost all require you be 21 years old or able to "prove" you are of age with a license. If you cannot get into one of these, there are house parties in the dorms, houses, and apartment complexes around campus.

Overall I am happy with the business program at Clemson. When you start as pre-business you need to complete a pre-business curriculum before you can move on to an actual business major such as management or marketing, which can be very time consuming and definitely lower your GPA.
College Sophomore 2013-10-05T19:22:17Z
As a business major, I've found that overall the classes are manageable, however accounting and economics are commonly failed or struggled with classes here at Clemson. The gen-ed requirements to become an actual business major take a lot of time to finish.

The weather is absolutely beautiful, once you hit the end of September. For about a month you are sweating and soaked from rain. But after that it is clear skies and refreshing little breezes. During the winter it can get colder, sometimes it snows, but barely an inch. However a good majority of classes do get cancelled if there is snow! The state does not have the machines necessary to make the roads safe. Spring is gorgeous. The sun is back out and the area just blooms.

Everyone at Clemson University is like a big family. We all come together and take pride in our school and education. In addition, Clemson does a really good job of providing academic assistance programs such as SI and tutoring.
College Freshman 2013-09-25T18:49:46Z
Clemson was very generous in awarding me and several of my friends out-of-state scholarships for academics. If you're a top student, Clemson will probably give you a tempting scholarship package that can make it a very financially attractive option even for out of state students.

I did not recieve any financal aid from Clemson because I missed one state scholarship by 0.12 GPA. I would have not only recieved extra from the state, but also nearly $10,000 from Clemson. It is seriously ridiculous!

The Internet here at Clemson is incredible! I normally get over 100 Mb/s download and upload speeds. You can easily access the campus' Windows, Mac, and Unix computers for any of your needs.

Almost anything you need can be found here. There are a plethora of organizations to join for any instrest you may have. It has a great "small town" atmophere with welcoming people. All of the professors seem to really love teaching. They will go to great lengths to ensure you get the education you want.

Clemson is not a diverse campus and people can be extremely intolerant of others views. Clemson has a very conservative and very Christian student body. It is also predominantly Caucasian and straight, and people who do not fit this mold may unfortunately face some difficulties. Clemson really needs to work on becoming not only more diverse, but more accepting of those who are different.

Public Transportation is great at Clemson. There are many different ways to get around Clemson and the surrounding areas.

What can I say? Clemson is a magnificent university and it offers many different majors. Though it is a land grant university, it is becoming more open to liberal arts and those majors. I started out as a biochemistry major and switched to English; I'm still pleased to be at Clemson while in this program.

Guys & Girls:
I selected N/A because being a nontraditional student, older than many of the other undergrads, the guy/girl scene does not interest me. There are enough diversity for those who would be interested though.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
