Variety

School is large enough to have a variety of people. You'll find people from all over the U.S. and even around the world. 89 different countries are represented here. Being in the south, you'll find lots of sport fans. There are southerners, northerners, in-betweeners, you name it. On any given day I interact with my nerdy roommates, computer geeks hanging out at the computer lab, athletic people tossing frisbee, greek party-goers over at a friend's place, or even spiritual people attending their respective events.

CAT BUS

You pay automatically for it, use it. Also have tigertransit (a late night escort service that comes in handy). avoid using a car if possible, parking services loves to write expensive tickets.

Apartment Living

There are many apartment complexes very close to campus. There are waiting lists for some of the complexes or housing communities but it is not hard to find one that is available. The price can be very expensive if you choose to do so but it is not hard to find a more affordable option
