College Prowler Take
Students are satisfied with the facilities at Clemson, and they are appreciative of the renovations that have taken place in the past couple years. Remodeled athletic facilities such as the Littlejohn Coliseum (basketball), Tiger Field (baseball), and Clemson Memorial Stadium, also known as “Death Valley,” make any competition worth attending. It seems like there is always yellow tape somewhere on campus—the construction is never-ending. The most recent addition to the campus scenery is the Hendrix Student Center. The Fike Recreation Center was newly renovated for the 2003-2004 academic year. Although a lot of the facilities are aging, one must only walk across campus to see that Clemson is perpetually engaged in improving its services to students. Within the next year or two, the facilities provided to incoming students should be incredible.

The facilities on campus are...
The facilities on campus are decent. There are several computer labs around campus, and the library has plenty of space to study (and socialize). The Hendrix Center is a nicer student center, and there are plans to replace the Union. Right now there is a bowling alley and pool tables in the Union, along with a food court. Hendrix also has a food court and a theater which hosts free movies occasionally. Fike is the gym for students and faculty, but there are also athletic facilities just for athletes.

All of the facilities on campus are very up-to-date and kept very clean. There are a few different choices for getting food in the library, which is very convienent for studying.

Fike, the workout center, is very nice with televisions on all the workout machines. The library, too, is nice and offers different places and environments to study. Clemson also has several computer labs and smaller libraries all around campus that are just as nice.

Clemson has a new student center (Hendrix) which is very nice and at a good location for the freshman dorms. It has a movie theater, fast food (subs), a bookstore, a hair salon, and much more! |

The athletic facilities are among the best in the country for the spectator. University computers are usually up to date and problem free. The student center is fairly new and still in very nice shape. |
