I commute to Cleveland State so I wouldn't really know, however there are a fair amount of clubs that have parties through the week or weekends for students.
SO would you say cleveland state is a party school? or are there enough parties to make cleveland state not seem boring?
nope
So Cleveland state doesn't party at all?
The night life is wonderful!!!! You can get into a lot of clubs at just 18
There is always student activities going on plus there is the Quicken Loans arena for sports and entertainment events and the mall. It on take 15 minutes to get there using public transportation. The Rta is free for students.
To interact and contribute on College Prowler, registration is required. Don't worry, it's free, secure, and only takes a few minutes.

The bars, clubs, and restaurants on West 6th and West 9th streets downtown are popular. The school always says that "the city is the campus," and that is very true. However, although downtown provides much entertainment, it is usually restricted to students 21 and over. Otherwise, the on-campus frat houses sometimes provide parties on the weekends. Sig Tau and Delta Sig are the two main frats on campus, but Sig Tau hosts the most parties. Drinking and driving is never an issue at these parties because they are just a short walk from the dorms.
Nightlife on campus doesn't take place every weekend, but there is usually something to do. Parties usually start at 9 p.m. and last until 2 a.m., with a DJ and place to dance at almost every party. Students who choose not to drink are never pressured by the frat brothers of the house, and sometimes they even provide bottled water for those who choose not to drink. If, by chance, a student comes to party and drinks too much, the frat brothers will find a friend you came with or personally walk you back to the dorms. At Sig Tau, there are usually "normal" parties Fridays and themed parties on Saturdays. For students 21 or older, downtown offers daily entertainment, but like most cities, Thursday through Friday offer the best times.
