Every corner you turn you will find someone of a different race or background. Black, white, Asian, Middle Eastern—CCS has them all. Religion isn't really something that comes into play at CCS. There are many students who practice different religions, and you may even discover one you've never heard of if you talk to enough people about it. Normally people keep that sort of thing to themselves, though. Not because they're ashamed or are made to feel censored, but because there are things that matter more than what religion someone is.

There also tends to be no segregation based on economic background. In fact, most times it's hard to tell since everyone is creative and artsy. Art kids have their own style, and it's pretty hard to tell if someone is financially well off or not, unless they have a Coach purse or drive a Maserati. More than 70 percent of students receive financial aid.
