I have not hit the core curriculum for the Physical Therapy Associate's Degree.

Professors are very helpful, tutors are there if you need any additional, class registration has been a breeze for me, many programs to get into.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The financial aid process is very messy and a difficult process. Understaffed at times. Staff is very polite though.

I have never had a online course.
College Sophomore 2013-09-15T22:44:29Z
The teachers I had for online classes were very nice and would try anything to help. I wasn't so sure about taking online classes before but now I will defiantly be taking more in the future!

Most teachers are very nice and willing to help out. It is very different from my high school (not nearly as personable) but they are all very approachable.

The campus is in a small town, so no public transport. You can rent bikes for free and use them! Students also get a free yearly pass to Jekyll Island, which is usually 70 dollars, which is great! Other than that you need to have your own car.

The gym is great! There are always friendly people who will help if you need assistance or instruction. They have several classes such as Zumba and Pilates during the week for free as well. The student center always has activities going on for students for only a small fee-i.e. last week we went paddle boarding at a local beach for only $5 per person. Library is great, very quiet with plenty of computers. The campus is very nice and modern and has study centers everywhere! I love my campus.

Students have wi-fi that runs pretty smoothly. Every once in a while there will be outages but not very often. IT can usually fix things very quickly.

I feel like I learned what I needed and it provided the flexibility that I needed to be able to continue to work. The teachers were helpful and I had a lot of peer to peer interaction with the discussion topics that were posted every week and was able to go to my peer for help, through email.

College of Coastal Georgia does not currently offer any post graduate programs. They do have an awesome career center and alumni network. They have career expos and inform students on new job positions throughout the surrounding counties.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I think the education that I am getting is worth the money I am paying for it. I did get a little bit of help from the HOPE Scholarship, but am still required to pay a good bit, but it is well worth it and will be worth it in the end. I have went to other schools where I felt I was not able to get the help I needed with financial aid, but feel like the worker's at this school do a good job at helping its students.

I am in the Nursing program. There is a nursing club and a class president, vice president and secretary. The workload is tough, but well worth it and what you need to succeed. The facilities for nursing at my school are great! Nurses that graduate from my school are very successful and have a high pass rate for the NCLEX.

There are a range of different types of classes, weekends, online, and evening, along with daytime classes. They have very hands on classes and even service learning classes, where you do community service. The teachers are very welcoming and want you to learn and succeed.

I would have to say my school is pretty diverse. There are late teens fresh out of high school to young and middle aged adults. It seems to be pretty culturally diverse. There are several groups and clubs within the school, such as a Gay Pride club. There are a lot of working class students. The teachers are awesome and really want you to succeed. I love the school and am glad I chose to go here, even though it is a hour and a half commute four times a week.

Excellent! I always get A's and B's this way as its easier for me to learn like this. I love doing it from the comfort of my own home too. It saves gas and is just as rewarding.
College Freshman 2013-08-18T20:26:08Z
They have a lot of courses they offer between the Camden and Brunswick campuses.
College Freshman 2013-08-18T20:24:09Z
It's small, but I am glad they offer something here locally that is affordable and also offers online classes, from this four year school.
College Sophomore 2013-07-31T23:30:40Z
The library and those in it are very helpful when needed.
College Sophomore 2013-07-31T23:28:33Z
So far I have had help when needed and was able to find someone to assist me should I have questions.
College Sophomore 2013-07-31T23:23:52Z
I am going for art and am only allowed to get an associates through my school, If I would like to get a higher degree for art then I have to transfer elsewhere.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I think the school charges students for things that the student may not even use. I get charged for meals that I wouldn't even eat if I didn't get charged for them. They charge me for going to the games which I don't go to and the gym that I don't use.
College Junior 2013-07-15T16:42:59Z
The computer network would go out more often than it should.
College Junior 2013-07-13T22:22:48Z
They have great resources. The library has plenty of computers (they do charge to print) and a good selection of books to check out. If they don't have the book you need, they can look into the University system of Georgia and have it sent from another school.
College Junior 2013-07-13T22:21:28Z
There is a very diverse group of students here. Traditional and non-traditional, young and old, and well off and typical struggling students. The best part? EVERYONE is friendly. I've been going here 4 semesters now and haven't met a rude person yet!
Sorry, there are no reviews.
