It's more or less convenient. The train will drop you off right at Penn Station in NY and that's always nice for when you go traveling! Otherwise the buses and shuttles stop working after a certain hour leaving you stranded.

It's okay, I honestly don't have much to say since I do not go to games. But man they always look injured.

This college can be very strict, just depends on what you're doing and where you are. Staff lives in the dorms with us as such we have to be quiet as mice after a certain hour. Otherwise you will hear their wrath full force.
Little things here and there, gets tiring after a while.

I know a few students that oartake in drugs or something of that nature but it's not a lot. I wouldn't say there is a lot of pressure put on students to partake in such activities.

The professors are able to work closely with the students because the ratio is so low. It really sets Saint Elizabeth a part form other schools in that the community is like a big family. If a student or resdient has a problem or issue with anything there is always someone to go to and talk to.

I love all the opportunities that the college offers. Anyone can get involved and find something they like to do on campus. The events are very central to the diversity and culture on campus.

The class sizes at the school make it easy for the students to get in touch with the professors when they need them. CSE is big on internships and job opportunities, they offer programs in which the students can build their networking skills.

This campus is very persistent on the students getting involved in th different clubs and sports offered at the school.

The Financial Aid department is really easy to work with. Even though there were problems with my residency in the state of new jersey and my eligibility for the TAG award, the people in the financial aid office work well with me.

Public Transportation is good around the College of Saint Elizabeth. We have a train station and a Shuttle bus that goes through FDU, DREW, Madison, and Morristown. The shuttle is always on time and the driver is friendly.

The computers labs at the College of Saint Elizabeth are usually crowded during Midterms and Finals but besides that they are great. I do wish that the computer lab could stay open till late at night when students want to do last minute drafts on papers or study time. Mainly the computers most students use are in the Mahoney Library. If the library was open till late, I'd it be more convient then the students walking over to another school to access their library just to study and finish homework.

I am a graduate student and never hear anything about sports.
College Freshman 2013-08-14T02:25:58Z
The sports at the College of Saint Elizabeth are average. It is an all women's college and we are a division three school so sports aren't people's main priority. The sports that girls do participate in the coaches really work with them if they are beginners. Something many coaches don't have the time to do at other universities. Being a small college, not only is individual attention given in the classroom but also on the courts.

The college I attend recommends that you do the best you can that makes your self proud and the people that are supporting you proud. Professors pushes every student to get an average B or A. Because the college is a catholic private college their's not that much activities. The campus is quiet and small. You have too go out your way to find the excitement.

Guys & Girls:
They're great people. Few men though since this is an all women's college.

There is no actual night life, but you can make one.

Super school with excellent course work - and qualified professors. The school has a great reputation, and really prepares it's students for the real world.
College Freshman 2013-07-22T21:39:14Z
There are transportation opportunities available, and also there are two other big colleges next door - so it's easy to meet up with other students and share rides.
College Freshman 2013-07-22T21:37:55Z
Varsity sports are not a big focus at the college, however sports are available and competitive.

I'm in the field of psychology, and the professors there are very knowledgeable and supportive of my education. They are also good at helping me to make other outside connections in the real world.

Lots of financial aid, which leaves you in a big amount of debt/
Recent Alumnus 2013-07-08T11:57:56Z
The school is diverse with people from many places, but the biggest percentage of students are African American who come on state grants, scholarship, and federal assistance. They leave in debt and are dissatisfied with their experience due to bias in the programs and unfairness in grading. The professors can be very ignorant and use their status to do whatever they like despite complaints to the dean of school. This is a small school that expensive. Its not worth attending because the support system sucks. It really depends on your ethnic/racial status to do well. Also the school has lots of gay/lesbian women if thats your thing.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
